Every year, KIT applies for or obtains new industrial property rights in various innovative fields of technology.

By acquiring rights of use or licenses, your company or spin-off has the opportunity to gain a knowledge and development advantage, save development costs and thus secure its competitiveness. In addition to the direct acquisition of licenses, companies or spin-offs also have the opportunity to further develop the research results in cooperation with the KIT and to retain the development results. The rights of use are acquired by you via individual, market-standard and industry-related license models and license agreements, where trained license managers conduct the contract negotiations with you as a potential licensee.
